OCHO is working with a scaling technology business to recruit a Management Accountant to join their scaling team. This is a newly created role rather than a replacement. My client is on a significant growth trajectory - scaling fast, winning clients, and building the infrastructure to deliver.
This is genuinely a hands-on Management Accountant role with direct exposure to the C-suite. Reporting to COO, the successful candidate will lead the day-to-day finance function and take full ownership of month-end - BUT this role is bigger than that!
You will also get significant exposure across growth strategy/planning, commercial decision-making, and year-end. This is a fantastic role suited to a recently qualified accountant trained in either practice or industry - if you are looking for real commercial exposure, not just month-end, and you're excited by the idea of working inside a fast-scaling tech business, this is the role for you.
