As a Legal Executive, you will provide vital administrative and organisational support to fee earners and legal teams across the firm. You will be involved in the day-to-day running of legal matters, managing correspondence, maintaining files, handling client communications and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain legal files, ensuring documentation is accurate, up to date and well organised.
- Draft and send routine correspondence on behalf of fee earners.
- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients, dealing with queries professionally and promptly.
- Liaise with clients, courts, and third parties to progress matters efficiently.
- Schedule appointments, manage diaries and coordinate meetings for legal staff.
- Support fee earners with preparation of legal documents and case bundles.
- Maintain accurate records on the firm's case management system.
- Assist with general office administration and contribute to the smooth running of the team.
