We’re working with a global technology company that builds large scale digital platforms used by millions of people every day. They’re now looking for an experienced Lead Product Designer to join their Belfast based team and take ownership of designing data-rich, insight-led product experiences. This is a senior, hands-on design role with real influence. You’ll work closely with product, engineering and research teams to turn complex data into clear, intuitive experiences that help users make better decisions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading design for data-heavy products, including dashboards and analytics tools
  • Turning complex metrics into clear, actionable user experiences
  • Partnering closely with product managers and engineers from discovery through to launch
  • Defining user journeys, flows and interaction models for new features
  • Using research and data insights to continuously refine and improve designs
  • Thinking strategically about what should be built, not just how it looks
  • Helping evolve design systems and mentoring other designers
  • Exploring how AI can enhance product design and user experience

What you’ll bring:

  • Significant experience in product design within digital or SaaS environments
  • A strong portfolio showing user-centred design, especially around data or analytics
  • Proven experience designing complex products and simplifying large datasets
  • Confidence working end-to-end across the product lifecycle
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly
  • Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
