You will play a key role in troubleshooting complex issues and supporting customers using cutting-edge cloud and security technologies.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide technical support via chat, email, and collaboration tools
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues across cloud and platform environments
- Escalate complex problems to engineering and product teams where required
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide product guidance
- Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles
- Log and track issues to ensure timely resolution and communication
- Continuously develop technical knowledge across cloud and security domains
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years in a technical support or customer-facing engineering role
- Strong experience with MySQL
- Exposure to cloud technologies and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with Linux and networking fundamentals

- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts, particularly in cloud environments
