About the Opportunity:

This role sits within a fast-growing cloud security environment, supporting a modern platform focused on real-time threat detection and cloud infrastructure protection. You will play a key role in troubleshooting complex issues and supporting customers using cutting-edge cloud and security technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide technical support via chat, email, and collaboration tools
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues across cloud and platform environments
  • Escalate complex problems to engineering and product teams where required
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide product guidance
  • Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Log and track issues to ensure timely resolution and communication
  • Continuously develop technical knowledge across cloud and security domains

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years in a technical support or customer-facing engineering role
  • Strong experience with MySQL
  • Exposure to cloud technologies and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with Linux and networking fundamentals
  • Familiarity with monitoring and analysis tools such as Grafana or OpenSearch
  • Understanding of cybersecurity concepts, particularly in cloud environments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to support customers effectively
