The Role: We are recruiting an IAM Engineer to join a growing security function in a lean, high-impact environment. This role offers genuine ownership, supporting the expansion of IAM and PAM capabilities while reducing key-person risk. You will work hands-on onboarding applications, improving IAM coverage, and supporting audits in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain IAM PAM solutions across cloud and on-premises.
- Own user and application onboarding/offboarding, improving automation and UX.
- Support SSO, MFA, access provisioning, and Joiner/Mover/Leaver workflows.
- Administer IAM platforms and directory services (AD / Entra ID).
- Perform access reviews, attestations, and support audit activity.
- Enhance IAM architecture aligned to Zero Trust principles.
- Maintain IAM documentation, SOPs, and standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on IAM initiatives.
Experience:
- 4+ years experience in IAM / PAM engineering.
- Strong knowledge of IAM principles, Zero Trust, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with Okta (preferred), CyberArk, SailPoint, or similar tools.
- Solid AD Azure AD (Entra ID) experience.
- Knowledge of SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC.
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, CLI).
- Able to work independently and support audits.
- Clear communicator across technical and non-technical teams.
