The Opportunity

The Role
- Provide advice and support to managers on employee relations matters
- Manage cases relating to absence, conduct, grievance, capability and performance
- Support investigations, meetings and formal processes through to conclusion
- Ensure all activity aligns with current legislation and internal policy
- Maintain accurate records, documentation and case updates
- Assist with the delivery of manager training and people-focused initiatives
- Work collaboratively with wider HR teams on continuous improvement projects
- Promote a fair, inclusive and positive workplace culture
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor, HR Generalist or Employee Relations role
- Strong understanding of ER processes and employment legislation
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
- Professional, discreet and solutions-focused approach
- CIPD qualified or currently working toward qualification desirable
- Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office tools advantageous
