The Role This is a newly shaped senior leadership opportunity for someone who can operate across two dimensions: building and leading high-performing delivery teams, and owning the commercial performance of the Professional Services function. Reporting into the executive team, you will be accountable for ensuring clients achieve measurable outcomes, while simultaneously identifying and unlocking growth within the portfolio. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Professional Services function, setting clear direction, standards, and performance expectations across delivery and commercial outcomes Own the P&L for Professional Services, taking full accountability for revenue targets, margin performance, and growth within the portfolio Drive client delivery excellence, ensuring programmes are executed to the highest standard and that customers achieve meaningful, measurable outcomes Build and maintain senior relationships across the client base, acting as an executive-level point of contact for strategic accounts Identify and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts, working closely with Customer Success and Sales to maximise
