About the Company

Our client is a growing B2B technology company operating worldwide. They partner with leading manufacturers selling directly to enterprise and technology customers, and are backed by a global group of technology businesses. Having already proven the technology and the market opportunity, they are now investing seriously in brand and marketing to become the recognised name.

The Role

This is a senior marketing leadership role reporting directly to the CEO. You will take real ownership from day one shaping brand, driving demand generation and strengthening a genuinely global partner network while staying hands-on with delivery through the first year. You will work closely with the CEO, Sales and Product teams, and thrive here if you are just as comfortable setting strategy as you are getting stuck into a campaign yourself.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the marketing strategy, priorities, budget and KPIs.
  • Lead the rollout of a new brand and build category awareness across enterprise, education and channel audiences.
  • Own product marketing, positioning and messaging across the portfolio.
  • Design and deliver demand generation campaigns across direct and partner-led routes to market.
  • Strengthen the partner and channel proposition for OEMs, distributors, resellers and MSPs.
  • Build a reliable marketing operating model - CRM, automation, attribution and reporting.
  • Oversee content, PR, thought leadership and executive communications.
  • Partner with Sales, Product and Customer Success on pipeline and product launches.
  • Lead and develop the Marketing Manager, and manage agencies and external partners.

What You’ll Need

  • Significant experience in B2B software, SaaS or technology marketing, with genuine ownership of strategy and commercial outcomes.
  • Strong product marketing background - positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement.
  • Proven experience building demand in a B2B environment, working closely with Sales.
  • Track record of building or maturing a marketing function - planning, budgets, KPIs, reporting.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.

Why Apply?

  • Annual group performance bonus scheme.
  • Hybrid working from Belfast.
  • Real autonomy to shape brand and strategy from day one, not just execute someone else's plan.
  • The chance to build the category-defining brand behind a proven, in-demand product.
  • A business that wants energy and passion as much as experience, genuine room to make your mark.
