Their programmes span AI, data science, change management, and beyond, delivered through virtual, in-classroom, and blended formats by experienced, hands-on practitioners.
The Role: This is a newly shaped senior leadership opportunity for someone who can operate across two dimensions: building and leading high-performing delivery teams, and owning the commercial performance of the Professional Services function. Reporting into the executive team, you will be accountable for ensuring clients achieve measurable outcomes while simultaneously identifying and unlocking growth within the portfolio. You will set the standard for how Professional Services is positioned, delivered, and scaled, and you will have the platform and the support to do it properly.
Key Responsibilities:

- Own the P&L for Professional Services, taking full accountability for revenue targets, margin performance, and growth within the portfolio.
- Drive client delivery excellence, ensuring programmes are executed to the highest standard and that customers achieve meaningful, measurable outcomes.
- Build and maintain senior relationships across the client base, acting as an executive-level point of contact for strategic accounts.
- Identify and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts, working closely with Customer Success and Sales to maximise account value.
- Develop scalable delivery frameworks, methodologies, and playbooks that raise consistency and quality across the function.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of professional services practitioners, fostering a high-performance culture built on accountability and continuous improvement.
- Partner with product, learning design, and operations teams to ensure client requirements are translated into solutions that deliver real impact.
- Contribute to the wider growth strategy, providing market intelligence, client insight, and commercial input at leadership level.
- Report on function performance, pipeline health, and delivery metrics to the executive team with clarity and rigour.
What You'll Need:
Essential:
- 10+ years experience in Professional Services, consulting, or a client-facing delivery leadership role.
- Proven track record of owning commercial targets and driving revenue growth within a PS or account management function.
- Experience leading and developing delivery teams in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- Strong executive presence, with the ability to build credible relationships at C-suite and senior stakeholder level.
- Demonstrated ability to balance operational delivery rigour with commercial and strategic thinking.
- Experience developing and implementing delivery methodologies, frameworks, or best-practice playbooks.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Right to work in the UK.
Desirable / Nice to Have:
- Background in technology, learning solutions, or professional services within finance or insurance sectors.
- Experience scaling a PS function through a period of significant organisational growth.
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tooling in a client delivery context.
Why Apply?
- £110,000 - £130,000 base salary plus performance bonus.
- Hybrid working from Belfast with flexibility built in.
- Executive-level visibility and genuine influence over the direction of the business.
- A function to lead, shape, and scale, not inherit and maintain.
- Fast-moving, ambitious organisation with serious growth ambitions and the track record to back them up.
- Collaborative leadership team that values commercial thinking and delivery excellence in equal measure.
- Professional development and career progression in a company that invests heavily in its own people.
