We're partnering with a growing, technology-led organisation in Belfast to appoint a Head of Data & Analytics. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for shaping how data is used to drive commercial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making across the business. You'll work closely with senior leadership and clients, ensuring data is accurate, trusted, and delivering real value.

What you'll be doing:
- Define and deliver the organisation's data strategy, aligned to commercial goals
- Drive improvements in data quality, governance, and data literacy across the business
- Lead the design and evolution of central data platforms and reporting capabilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders and clients to translate data into actionable insight
- Lead and develop teams across data engineering, analytics, and reporting
- Establish best practices for data governance, standards, and controls
- Oversee delivery of cross functional data initiatives that improve efficiency and performance
- Manage relationships with external partners and technology providers
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience leading data and analytics functions
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link data to business value
- Experience improving data quality, governance, and organisational data maturity
- Strong stakeholder and client-facing experience at senior levels
- Hands-on exposure to tools such as Power BI, Azure, SQL, or similar
- Track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Solid understanding of modern data platforms, reporting, and analytics tools
- Ability to influence, communicate clearly, and drive change across the organisation
