This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for shaping how data is used to drive commercial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making across the business. You'll work closely with senior leadership and clients, ensuring data is accurate, trusted, and delivering real value.

What you'll be doing:
- Define and deliver the organisation's data strategy, aligned to commercial goals
- Drive improvements in data quality, governance, and data literacy across the business
- Lead the design and evolution of central data platforms and reporting capabilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders and clients to translate data into actionable insight
- Lead and develop teams across data engineering, analytics, and reporting

- Proven experience leading data and analytics functions

- Hands-on exposure to tools such as Power BI, Azure, SQL, or similar
