Operating from more than 60 offices across 27 countries with over 5,000 people worldwide, they are one of the largest and most established names in their sector. The Voice and AV team operates as a lean, expert function with global reach. Voice infrastructure directly underpins trader voice and front office telephony an environment where reliability is non-negotiable. The organisation is actively moving away from legacy Cisco Call Manager toward a modern, SBC-led cloud voice architecture, and this hire is central to that programme of work.

What Youll Be Doing

This is an autonomous engineering role. Youll be one of two engineers covering a global infrastructure, which means genuine end-to-end ownership from design and implementation through to troubleshooting and delivery. There is no large surrounding team to escalate to; youll be expected to resolve complex issues independently and lead projects from start to finish.

  • Design, implement, and support enterprise voice solutions with a focus on AudioCodes SBCs, Cisco CUBEs, and cloud migration.
  • Serve as technical lead on key projects including migrating AudioCodes SBCs to AWS Cloud and replacing legacy Cisco gateways with AudioCodes SBCs.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting across voice, video, and IPTV services including Cisco IP phones, Teams Direct Routing, and Microsoft Teams Rooms.

  • Act as L2/L3 escalation point for complex voice, AV, and Microsoft Teams Room issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Permit to Operate and Change Control processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas to resolve issues and continuously improve services.

Your Impact

Youll be a key technical authority in a small, high-impact team directly shaping the reliability and modernisation of a voice infrastructure that thousands of employees depend on globally, including front office and trader voice functions where uptime is critical. Your work on the cloud migration roadmap will define the direction of this teams technology for years to come.

    • Experience in at least one of: Cisco Call Manager / CUCM, AudioCodes or equivalent SBC platforms, or Microsoft Teams enterprise voice and meeting rooms.
    • Proven ability to work autonomously end-to-end project ownership, not participation as one contributor among many.

  • Desirable
    • Familiarity with the shift from Cisco Call Manager toward cloud voice and SBC-led architecture.
