The Role A senior, hands-on position for an experienced data professional who can operate across the full data landscape, from architecture and governance through to reporting, integration and analytics delivery. You will work across a modern Microsoft-first technology stack, engaging with financial and ERP data, enterprise reporting and systems integration to deliver high-quality data solutions that support the business at scale. This role suits someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and can translate complex data challenges into clear, practical solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain enterprise reporting solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI Work with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and Dataverse to support financial and ERP data requirements Build and maintain data pipelines and integration workflows using Azure Data Factory and Synapse Manage and develop data lake architecture, ensuring data is structured, accessible and fit for purpose Write and optimise Python and SQL code to support data transformation, analysis and automation Define and enforce data governance standards, data quality frameworks and best practices across the organisation Support systems integration across the data landscape, ensuring data flows reliably between platforms Engage with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and deliver effective data solutions Identify opportunities to improve and modernise existing data processes and architecture What You'll Need Essential: Proven experience in a senior data analytics or data engineering role within a complex business environment Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, including data modelling and enterprise reporting Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and Dataverse Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse and Data Lake architecture Proficiency in Python and SQL for data transformation and analysis Solid background in financial and ERP data, enterprise reporting and data governance Experience with systems integration across complex, multi-platform data environments Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills UK work authorisation Desirable: Experience with Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate Familiarity with Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot or Azure AI Foundry Experience working within a fast-moving consumer goods or retail environment Why Apply?
