A high-growth AI software company is looking for a Community Growth Manager to build and scale a global community of practitioners around a cutting-edge AI-powered platform. This is a unique opportunity to create a community function from the ground up, shaping how users engage with the product, building advocacy, driving adoption and creating meaningful connections between customers, engineers and leadership. You'll have the autonomy to experiment, test new ideas and define what success looks like in a fast-moving, innovative environment.

The Role

You'll be responsible for building and growing an engaged community, creating content and events that bring users together, and developing programmes that turn customers into advocates. Working closely with leadership, product and engineering teams, you'll act as the voice of the community while driving initiatives that increase engagement, product adoption and brand awareness.

What You'll Do

  • Build and grow an active practitioner community
  • Develop engagement strategies to drive adoption and advocacy
  • Create and manage webinars, AMAs, podcasts and video content
  • Build partnerships and collaborations within relevant technical communities
  • Run growth experiments, measure results and optimise performance
  • Develop customer advocacy and ambassador programmes
  • Support employee advocacy initiatives across the business
  • Gather community feedback and influence product direction
  • Work closely with marketing on content and engagement campaigns
