The Role:
This is a great opportunity for an organised, customer-focused administrator to join a busy operations team, supporting new client requests from initial enquiry right through to completion. You'll work closely with internal teams to keep information accurate and work flowing efficiently, acting as a key point of contact for clients by phone and email. It's a role suited to someone who thrives on accuracy and structure, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career in professional services administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration of new client requests from initial enquiry through to completion
- Gather and process client information accurately across internal systems
- Create and maintain client records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure work is allocated efficiently
- Monitor workloads and ensure tasks are completed within agreed deadlines
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress updates
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders via email and telephone
- Follow up on outstanding documentation and information
- Respond to general enquiries and escalate issues where appropriate
- Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes and service delivery
What You'll Need:
Essential:
- Previous experience in administration, customer service or office support
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Right to work in the UK, based in or commutable to Belfast
