The Role

This is a great opportunity for an organised, customer-focused administrator to join a busy operations team, supporting new client requests from initial enquiry right through to completion. You'll work closely with internal teams to keep information accurate and work flowing efficiently, acting as a key point of contact for clients by phone and email. It's a role suited to someone who thrives on accuracy and structure, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career in professional services administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the administration of new client requests from initial enquiry through to completion.
  • Gather and process client information accurately across internal systems.
  • Create and maintain client records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure work is allocated efficiently.
  • Monitor workloads and ensure tasks are completed within agreed deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress updates.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders via email and telephone.
  • Follow up on outstanding documentation and information.
  • Respond to general enquiries and escalate issues where appropriate.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes and service delivery.

What You'll Need

Essential:

  • Previous experience in administration, customer service or office support.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Right to work in the UK, based in or commutable to Belfast.
