Key Responsibilities- Provide general administrative support across the business
- Manage incoming correspondence, emails and phone calls professionally
- Maintain accurate records, databases and filing systems
- Prepare documents, reports and presentations as required
- Manage the administration of new client requests from initial enquiry through to completion
- Gather and process client information accurately across internal systems
- Create and maintain client records and documentation
- Essential: Previous experience in an administrative or business support role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Right to work in Northern Ireland
- Salary up to £27,000
