OCHO is partnering with a well established international organisation undergoing a significant systems transformation. Due to continued growth and expansion, my client is seeking an experienced Business Central Expert to play a key role in the group wide rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This is a hands on role with real ownership.
You will work across multiple business units and countries, helping to standardise processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure Business Central is configured to support both finance and logistics functions effectively.
The Role
You will lead and support the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, acting as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery partners.
What You Will Do
- Lead and support the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across multiple entities
- Translate business requirements into functional designs and system configurations
- Standardise and optimise finance, logistics, and operational processes in line with group best practice
- Work closely with external implementation partners to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Coordinate data migration, integrations, testing, and issue resolution activities
- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to key users and local teams
- Monitor system usage and drive continuous improvement post go live
- Contribute to wider process improvement and automation initiatives
What You Bring
- Strong commercial experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Solid understanding of finance and or logistics processes including AR, AP, invoicing, inventory, and reporting
- Proven experience delivering ERP implementations or rollouts within multi entity environments
- Ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions
- Strong communication skills and confidence working across teams and geographies
- Analytical, detail oriented, and comfortable taking ownership
- Fluent English is essential. Additional European languages are beneficial.
