We are looking for a German-speaking Account Manager to join the team in Belfast, working in a hybrid capacity at an international cloud software company. This is an account management-focused role, responsible for managing, retaining, and growing a portfolio of existing clients across the German-speaking market. You'll build strong, lasting relationships with your accounts, understand their needs, and identify opportunities to grow revenue through upsell and cross-sell - all while delivering an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts across the German market, acting as the main point of contact
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their goals and challenges
- Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your account base
- Manage renewals and proactively work to maximise client retention
- Liaise between German-speaking clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience
- Track and report on account performance, pipeline, and revenue against targets
- Stay close to market trends and client feedback to inform account strategy
What You'll Bring
