Ocho is working on behalf of a client to appoint an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale enterprise system implementations. This role will suit someone who thrives in complex environments, has strong stakeholder management skills, and can drive full lifecycle ERP programmes from planning through to post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP project delivery across planning, design, implementation, testing, and support
- Manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX implementations
- Oversee project plans, timelines, RAID logs, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party implementation partners
- Drive data migration, system integration, and overall programme execution
- Engage with senior stakeholders and translate business requirements into delivery outcomes
- Ensure strong governance, reporting, and continuous improvement across projects
Person We Are Looking For
- 5-7+ years' experience delivering IT or enterprise systems projects
- Proven track record delivering complex ERP implementations
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP platforms
- Solid understanding of finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and operations processes
- Experience managing integrations, data migration, and multi-vendor environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented approach to delivery
Nice to Have
- Experience delivering large-scale ERP transformation programmes
- Exposure to Azure integration services or Power Platform
- Experience migrating from legacy ERP systems such as Sage
- Background in ISO-aligned or highly regulated environments
- Project management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile
This role may require occasional travel and flexibility around working hours depending on project demands.
