About the Company

Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing business, operating across UK and Ireland. This is a business with real momentum and this role has been created to support that growth.

The Role

This is a brilliant opportunity for an organised and people-focused HR Administrator to join a busy and expanding People team. You will be the first point of contact for HR queries across the business, supporting everything from recruitment and onboarding through to payroll, absence management and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records across HR systems in line with GDPR requirements.
  • Draft and issue contracts, offer letters, variation letters and general HR correspondence.
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment including advertising, shortlisting, interview scheduling and candidate communications.
  • Deliver a seamless onboarding and induction experience for new starters across the business.
  • Support monthly payroll processing by collating starters, leavers, absence and overtime data.
  • Administer employee benefits including pension scheme.
  • Monitor and report on absence, annual leave and training records.
  • Respond to day-to-day HR queries from employees and line managers professionally and promptly.
  • Support HR projects including policy reviews, engagement initiatives and wellbeing programmes.

What You'll Need

  • Experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR or a people-focused environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Positive, proactive attitude comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
