  • Elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, site visits and use case scenarios.
  • Analyse fit‑gap between current and target processes, working with the ERP team and subject matter experts to deliver efficient solutions.
  • Analyse D365 processes and make recommendations that resolve pain points and drive continuous improvement.
  • Create, maintain and contribute to project documentation across the full programme lifecycle.
  • Assist with data migration including cleansing, template design, population and post‑upload verification.
  • Prepare test scenarios and scripts, support users through UAT and participate in triage sessions to resolve issues.
  • Support the business during go‑live cut‑over, providing hands‑on advice and user support.
  • Prepare training materials and deliver end‑user training, presenting functional solutions in a clear and accessible way.
  • Ensure data integrity across business systems, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
