- Elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, site visits and use case scenarios.
- Analyse fit-gap between current and target processes, working with the ERP team and subject matter experts to deliver efficient solutions.
- Analyse D365 processes and make recommendations that resolve pain points and drive continuous improvement.
- Create, maintain and contribute to project documentation across the full programme lifecycle.
- Assist with data migration including cleansing, template design, population and post-upload verification.
- Prepare test scenarios and scripts, support users through UAT and participate in triage sessions to resolve issues.
- Support the business during go-live cut-over, providing hands-on advice and user support.
- Prepare training materials and deliver end-user training, presenting functional solutions in a clear and accessible way.
- Ensure data integrity across business systems, identifying and resolving issues proactively.

- Degree-level education or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project.
