  • Proactively manage and drive sign-off of requirements with senior Business and Technology stakeholders
  • Monitor and manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to analysis and requirements work
  • Contribute to business architecture and solution design in collaboration with Solution Architects
  • Support development teams (including third parties) to ensure solutions align with agreed requirements and priorities
  • Challenge assumptions and requirements where appropriate, escalating risks and issues as needed
  • Support User Acceptance Testing, including test definition and coordination with end users
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet current and future service and operational needs
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc analysis tasks as required

Experience & Skills

Essential:

  • Strong experience owning and maintaining product roadmaps across current, interim, and target states
  • Proven ability to translate high-level capabilities into detailed features and user stories suitable for engineering handover
  • End-to-end understanding of the project lifecycle, from requirements through to delivery
  • Demonstrable experience operating as a Business Analyst within Financial Services technology environments

  • Excellent documentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Confident stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels
  • High attention to detail with strong organisation and personal accountability
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools, including Visio and/or BPMN 2.0
