The Role

  • Leading multiple agile engineering teams
  • Driving high-quality software delivery aligned to the product roadmap
  • Developing engineers through coaching, mentorship, and clear technical direction
  • Owning capacity planning, resourcing, and delivery forecasting
  • Partnering closely with Product Management, Architects, and senior stakeholders

You’ll also be a core member of the leadership team within the Belfast Centre of Excellence, helping to build a high-performance culture and supporting the organisation's continued growth.

  • Have strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Bring experience across mobile and web technologies
  • Are a natural problem solver who enjoys guiding teams through complex challenges
