The Role
- Leading multiple agile engineering teams
- Driving high-quality software delivery aligned to the product roadmap
- Developing engineers through coaching, mentorship, and clear technical direction
- Owning capacity planning, resourcing, and delivery forecasting
- Partnering closely with Product Management, Architects, and senior stakeholders
You’ll also be a core member of the leadership team within the Belfast Centre of Excellence, helping to build a high-performance culture and supporting the organisation's continued growth.

About You
You’ll be a strong fit if you:
- Have 10+ years' industry experience, with at least 5 years leading agile engineering teams
- Have experience managing multiple teams and maintaining delivery capacity planning
- Are comfortable building and supporting highly scalable production systems
- Have strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bring experience across mobile and web technologies
- Are a natural problem solver who enjoys guiding teams through complex challenges
- Care deeply about people development, quality, and continuous improvement
