The Role

This is a Senior Business Consultant role working across enterprise digital transformation and commerce projects. You'll collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and delivery teams to shape digital roadmaps, gather requirements, and drive successful product delivery. The role combines business analysis, stakeholder engagement, agile delivery, and digital strategy within a highly collaborative consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and delivery roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, QA, and delivery teams.
  • Support digital commerce and customer experience initiatives.
  • Contribute to agile planning, backlog management, and sprint delivery.
  • Create high-quality documentation and delivery artefacts.
  • Build strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders and client teams.

What You'll Need

Essential

  • 5+ years' experience within consulting or digital delivery environments.
  • Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
  • Experience delivering enterprise digital or commerce projects.
  • Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills.

Nice to Have

  • MACH architecture exposure.
  • AWS or Azure integration knowledge.
  • Experience with omnichannel commerce or customer experience platforms.
