The Role:

This is a senior engineering position within the Enterprise Voice and AV team, responsible for the reliability, performance, and scalability of a global Unified Communications and voice infrastructure. You will take technical ownership of major transformation projects, including cloud migration of session border controllers and legacy gateway replacement programmes, while also driving automation and AI-powered analytics across voice operations. The role carries real scope and influence, working cross-functionally with teams across all global regions and acting as an escalation point for complex voice and AV issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise voice solutions, with a focus on AudioCodes SBCs, Cisco CUBEs, and cloud migration to AWS.
  • Drive transformation projects including migration of AudioCodes SBCs to AWS Cloud and replacement of legacy Cisco gateways.
  • Own advanced troubleshooting for voice, video, and IPTV services across Cisco IP phones, Teams Direct Routing, and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, Python, or similar) for SBC provisioning, monitoring, and bulk migration tasks.
  • Build and maintain proactive monitoring frameworks to ensure high availability across global voice infrastructure.
  • Act as L2/L3 escalation point for complex voice, AV, and Microsoft Teams Room issues.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams across all global regions to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
  • Ensure full compliance with change control and permit-to-operate processes.

What You'll Need:

Essential:

  • Extensive experience in enterprise voice technologies, Unified Communications, and Trader Voice.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with AudioCodes SBCs including configuration, migration, and cloud deployment.
  • Strong background in Cisco Unified Communications, Cisco CUBEs, and SIP trunking.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Teams Direct Routing and enterprise voice integration.
  • CCNP or CCVP certification.
  • Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking and IP telephony.

Nice to Have:

  • Scripting experience in PowerShell, Python, or Bash for network and voice automation.
  • Experience supporting Digital Signage and IPTV platforms.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Room Pro and Modern Workplace technologies.
