We're working with a Belfast-based product team delivering a core platform within a financial services environment and they're looking for an experienced Business Analyst contractor to support delivery across multiple workstreams. You'll work closely with a Product Owner to capture domain knowledge and translate it into clear, actionable requirements for the engineering team. This role suits a BA who is comfortable operating between business and technology, helping shape solutions while keeping delivery moving at pace.
The Role
- You'll partner day‑to‑day with the Product Owner and stakeholders to understand business processes and product goals, documenting requirements in a way that enables efficient development and testing.
- You'll be responsible for writing user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting artefacts, as well as clarifying scope and priorities with the delivery team.
- You'll also support backlog refinement, sprint planning and ongoing clarification during delivery, acting as a key point of contact between business users and developers.

What We're Looking For
- Strong experience working as a Business Analyst in technology teams
- Some background in financial services environments

- Able to work onsite in Belfast at least 2 days per week
Contract Details
- Rate up to £500 per day
- Inside IR35
