Ochil View Housing Association Ltd. is an ambitious social landlord committed to providing good quality affordable housing and high standards of customer service to over 1460 households in Clackmannanshire and West Fife.
We wish to recruit to our Finance & Corporate Services Team a suitably qualified, skilled, and enthusiastic individual for the following post:
The hours for the post will amount to 35 hours per week working Monday to Friday. Some homeworking and flexible working hours are available, more information can be provided at the interview.
Key Responsibilities:
- To carry out all principal duties in relation to the Finance Officer’s role, overseeing both the financial and IT systems, and assisting Association staff to provide excellent customer service.
- To support effective financial management by ensuring accurate processing of all financial transactions, preparation of financial reports and compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
- To ensure a comprehensive IT service is given to all sections of the Association by providing on-site IT support and referring issues to the IT consultants as needed.
- To prepare budgets, management accounts and forecasts and to assist with the annual accounts preparation.
- To line manage, lead and motivate two direct reports.
- To work positively and effectively in a team environment and with colleagues in other departments.
