We wish to recruit to our Finance & Corporate Services Team a suitably qualified, skilled, and enthusiastic individual as an Assistant Finance Officer.
Responsibilities- Ensure cash & banking transactions are processed and reconciled
- Ensure supplier invoices and payments are processed on the Association’s finance system
- Ensure all rents are processed and reconciled
- Ensure staff salaries and expenses are processed and third-party payments made in a timely manner
- Support the Finance Officer in the production of the Association’s quarterly management accounts
- Assist in the preparation of the Association’s annual accounts
- Carry out other ad hoc duties as required
- Work positively and effectively in a team environment and with colleagues in other departments
