We are seeking to appoint a House Manager who will lead and manage a team that is responsible for ensuring a high quality of care is provided, which meets the needs of each child and young person at Ochil Tower School.
We are seeking a highly responsible individual who can demonstrate competency in household management and has the ability to create and maintain a homely and supportive environment. The position requires the ability to resolve conflict and empower the staff team.
You will have previously been a House Manager and/or held supervisory responsibilities as an Assistant Manager and/or Senior Practitioner, as evidenced by your CV. You will have clear evidence of leadership and management within a care setting with experience in rota management, support and supervision, auditing and developing the culture and ethos of your house, in line with the values of Ochil Tower School.
As part of the role, you will hold SVQ 4 Social Services at SCQF Level 9 (Children & Young People) and be willing to progress through the Leadership and Management Award Level 10.
