About Us

Ochil Tower School offers a unique, person‑centred approach to caring for and educating children and young people with complex additional support needs. Based on a picturesque seven-acre campus, we are a non‑denominational residential school for children and young people aged 8 to 18. Our 52‑week provision provides consistency, stability, and opportunity for learning throughout the year. The school is part of the Camphill Community which comprises 11 different Camphill sites in Scotland.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a resilient, positive and empathic individual with experience in working with young people with learning disabilities, social, emotional or behavioural issues. The post holder will support the House Manager by providing leadership, care and support to all the pupils in the house and assisting with the support and supervision of residential care workers. The post holder will have an SVQ 3 Social Services (Children and Young People) at SCQF level 7 (or equivalent) and will be registered with the SSSC.

  • Week 2: Monday - Off, Tuesday - 14.30 to 20.30, Wednesday - 7.30 to 20.30, Thursday - 7.30 to 20.30, Friday - Off, Saturday - Off, Sunday - Off
