We're looking for a skilled and experienced fish filleter to join our team at our fish shop in Crieff. This is a skilled, hands-on role that sits at the very heart of what we do — preparing the finest quality fresh fish and seafood for our customers.

  • Buying fish from markets Monday – Friday, buying from wholesalers & retailers throughout the week
  • Filleting, skinning, pin-boning and portioning a wide range of fresh fish
  • Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and food safety at all times
  • Supporting the shop team during busy periods as required

Proven experience as a fish filleter or fishmonger is essential. Fast, accurate knife skills with an eye for quality and presentation are required. A solid understanding of food hygiene requirements is necessary; a food hygiene certificate is desirable — training can be provided.
