Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development
    • Identify and secure new business opportunities across automotive retail, OEM and related sectors
    • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, outreach, referrals, events and strategic prospecting
    • Lead pitches, proposals and commercial negotiations
    • Develop tailored solutions that align with client objectives and budgets
    • Achieve agreed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Revenue Growth
    • Drive growth across all Oceros service lines, including but not limited to:
    • Creative and design
    • Social media
    • Paid advertising
    • Video and content production
    • Branding
    • Strategic marketing support
    • Work closely with account management teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
    • Support client retention and long-term account growth
  • Commercial Strategy
    • Help shape sales strategy, pricing structures and commercial positioning
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities
    • Contribute to forecasting, budgeting and pipeline reporting
    • Support the development of scalable sales processes and CRM management
  • Relationship Management
    • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision makers
    • Represent Oceros professionally at meetings, networking events and industry functions
    • Act as a brand ambassador for the agency

About You

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in sales, business development and commercial leadership
  • Automotive B2B experience
  • Existing network within automotive retail, OEM or automotive partner environments
  • Experience generating and converting new business opportunities
  • Strong relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Commercially driven with a results-focused mindset
  • Confident presenter with excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and revenue forecasting

  • Agency or marketing services background
  • Understanding of digital marketing, creative services and content production
