OCEM Ltd is looking for patient, reliable tutors to provide 1:1 support to young people across Cambridge. This is a rewarding role working with students who may have SEMH needs, ASD, ADHD, or are in alternative provision.
What you'll get:

The role:
- Deliver 1:1 sessions in literacy, numeracy & mentoring
- Support students with additional needs (SEMH / SEND)
- Create a positive, supportive learning environment
- Submit session reports
- Liaise with parents and OCEM team
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have experience with children or young people although not essential
- Are patient, empathetic and reliable
- Can work independently
- Are willing to travel locally in Cambridge
- Experience with SEMH, ASD or ADHD is highly desirable
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
- Ability to travel to students (public transport or car)
- Minimum GCSE (or equivalent)

- Up to 15 hours per student (max 2 students)
- Training provided (including safeguarding)
