We are seeking a confident, customer-focused professional with a flair for interior layout and experience in planning commercial spaces. In this role, you will oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of our busy London showroom on Old street in Clerkenwell and play a key part in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Your ability to combine strong organizational skills with creative space planning will be essential to supporting our clients and team effectively.

The role of showroom hosting and coordination will involve

  • Welcoming and hosting clients, designers, and visitors, creating a warm and professional environment.
  • Showroom tours demonstrating suitable products in line with clients requirements
  • Coordinating showroom activities, including client appointments, product demos, and design consultations.
  • Supporting event planning and execution (launches, presentations, workshops, etc.)
  • Maintaining the visual appearance and cleanliness of the showroom to a high standard to ensure a fresh, vibrant space is maintained
  • Sample fabric library maintenance
  • Liaising with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities and showroom events
  • Responsible for showroom maintenance, liaising with the landlord as required
  • Creating sales reports for the team

Ideal candidates will have

  • Proven experience in showroom, retail, hospitality, or interior design environment both commercial and/or residential would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of the furniture market/industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident engaging with design-savvy clients.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • A design or interiors background is an advantage.
