The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
A key strategic member of the Executive board whose role is to significantly grow our market share in the UK. Effectively leading a team of Business Development managers, A&D management and Internal sales to ensure that they are executing plans successfully to outperform the market and continually amaze our customers.
Responsibilities
- To develop specific and quantifiable market strategies and activity plans for the UK in order to achieve the group’s overall strategic objectives and significantly grow Ocee & Four Design UK profitably
- In conjunction with the sales team develop a clear overall sales strategy
- Lead the sales team to develop their individual strategies and market activity plans to achieve the agreed growth objectives.
- Contribute positively to the development and implementation of marketing strategies and activities
- Work closely and cooperatively with other leadership team members and their staff to ensure the wider organisation understands and is capable of supporting the delivery of the sales strategy.
- Collaboration with the Head of Design to identify future product requirements to support our market growth ambitions
- To establish a thorough understanding of each route to market within the region in terms of market structure, segmentation, key customers / specifiers, product requirements, service levels, competition, supply & demand and commercial terms.
- Contribute significantly to the overall company proposition that will “Aim to Amaze” customers, cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty
- To establish senior level relationships with major customers / specifiers through regular customer visits and networking opportunities.
- To provide in market support and effective use of technology to the sales team in order for them to maximise the opportunities available to them
