We are looking for a friendly, reliable and proactive General Office Assistant to join our Northampton office on an immediate temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly. You’ll be at the heart of the team, providing essential day-to-day support and helping to create a welcoming and well-organised workplace.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors
  • Answering and directing incoming calls with confidence and professionalism
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Ordering office supplies, stationery, and other essentials
  • Ensuring stock levels are maintained across the office
  • Keeping communal areas, including the kitchen, clean, tidy, and well-stocked
  • Supporting the internal sales team with administrative tasks such as:
    • Label generation
    • Order acknowledgements
    • Managing the sales inbox

What we’re looking for:

  • A dependable and organised individual with a “can-do” attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
