The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to join our purchasing team, working 20 hours per week, based on 8:00am to 12:00pm Monday to Friday.

This role involves providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

  • Main responsibilities and duties
  • Registering and chasing supplier order confirmations
  • Arranging supplier collections and chasing overdue orders
  • Maintenance of purchase orders and goods receipt information
  • Maintenance of inventory management information
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure deliveries will be received in full and on time
  • Manage PO and goods receipt information on Global to provide accurate and current data for internal sales team
  • Respond to enquiries relating to inventory control from internal / external account managers and production staff
  • Arranging transport for EU and UK suppliers
  • Managing customs clearance paperwork
  • Other general administrator tasks as required

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly pick up proprietary IT system
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of work
