General Office Assistant (Immediate Start – Temporary)

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and proactive General Office Assistant to join our Northampton office on an immediate temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly. You’ll be at the heart of the team, providing essential day-to-day support and helping to create a welcoming and well-organised workplace.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors
- Answering and directing incoming calls with confidence and professionalism
- Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Ordering office supplies, stationery, and other essentials
- Ensuring stock levels are maintained across the office
- Keeping communal areas, including the kitchen, clean, tidy, and well-stocked
- Supporting the internal sales team with administrative tasks such as:
- Label generation
- Order acknowledgements
- Managing the sales inbox
What we’re looking for:
