To drive profitable revenue growth across the South of England by developing and managing key dealer accounts, Design & Build (D&B) partners, and selected Architects & Designers (A&D). The role focuses on strengthening long-term relationships, winning project business, and positioning the company as a trusted furniture manufacturing partner.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key dealer accounts across the region
- Develop strong relationships with D&B contractors to secure project opportunities
- Build and maintain influence with A&D practices to drive product specification
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within the territory
- Deliver sales targets while protecting margin and brand positioning
- Manage the sales process from lead qualification to order placement
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, estimating, production, logistics) to deliver projects effectively
- Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and product solutions aligned with customer needs
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the business professionally in the market
