Oceanus is a fast-growing premium luxury fashion brand operating globally across swimwear, resortwear and accessories. As the business continues to scale internationally, we are looking for a highly organised and driven Operations & Wholesale Coordinator to join the team.
This role is perfect for someone who loves the operational side of fashion and enjoys keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You will work closely across wholesale, production, logistics and agency coordination, helping manage the day-to-day backend operations of the brand.
We are looking for someone ambitious, detail-oriented and eager to grow within the luxury fashion space. This is initially a contractor/self-employed position with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role as the business continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities- Managing wholesale and operational admin across the business
- Processing orders, invoices and purchase orders
- Supporting production timelines and factory communications
- Coordinating shipping, logistics, labelling and compliance
- Managing stock and inventory updates within ERP systems
- Working closely with agencies, suppliers and internal teams
- Ensuring operational processes run efficiently across departments
- Assisting with general backend operations as the company scales
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ERP systems or operational platforms preferred
- Experience using Zedonk would be highly advantageous
- Previous experience within fashion, wholesale, logistics or production is a strong advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset
- Passion for fashion, luxury brands and business growth
We’re looking for someone who is hungry to learn, highly reliable and excited to become part of the Oceanus world long term. Someone who enjoys solving problems, keeping operations flowing and wants to grow within an ambitious luxury fashion brand.
