About Oceanus

As we continue to expand globally across retail, wholesale, partnerships, and events, we are looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to work directly alongside our Founder and Creative Director, Hannah Attalah.
This is not a traditional PA role. We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, loves organisation, and wants a front-row seat inside a rapidly growing fashion business.
Contract Opportunity with Long-Term Potential
We are initially looking to bring someone on a contract basis, with the expectation that they will become a key extension of Hannah and the wider Oceanus team. For the right candidate, there is a clear opportunity to transition into a permanent role as the business continues to grow and evolve. We are looking for someone who is excited by the prospect of building a long-term career within the brand and becoming a trusted member of the Oceanus crew.
The Role
Hannah travels extensively throughout the year and is heavily involved in the creative direction, product development, partnerships, marketing, events, and growth of the business. Your role will be to create structure, organisation, and efficiency across both her professional and personal commitments, allowing her to focus on the creative and strategic aspects of Oceanus. You will become an integral part of the business, working closely with Hannah and the wider team to ensure opportunities are captured, priorities are managed, and nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive & Personal Support
- Full diary and schedule management
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, travel, and itineraries
- Managing both business and personal commitments
- Organising international travel arrangements
- Managing expenses and administrative tasks
- Acting as a gatekeeper and point of contact where appropriate
- Email & Communication Management
- Managing a high-volume inbox
- Prioritising emails and identifying key opportunities
- Drafting and responding to correspondence
- Creating systems and processes to improve communication flow
- Ensuring important conversations and actions are followed up
- Partnerships & Business Development
- Researching and identifying partnership opportunities
- Supporting outreach to brands, retailers, agencies, talent, and media
- Managing collaboration pipelines
- Tracking opportunities and ensuring follow-through
- Assisting with event and activation planning
- Operational Support
- Keeping projects organised and on track
- Managing task lists and priorities
- Supporting cross-functional teams where required
- Creating systems that improve productivity and accountability
- Finding ways to help Hannah stay on top of daily priorities, commitments, and long-term goals
- Anticipating challenges before they arise and proactively solving problems
Who We're Looking For
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Has previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Founder Associate, Chief of Staff, or Operations Coordinator
- Has experience within fashion, luxury, beauty, retail, events, PR, or a founder-led business
- Is highly organised and detail-oriented
- Is resilient, proactive, and thrives under pressure
- Is quick on their feet and able to adapt in a constantly changing environment
- Is commercially minded and understands business priorities
- Can anticipate problems before they arise
- Is comfortable working independently and making decisions
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Is highly discreet and professional
- Is willing to roll up their sleeves and get involved wherever needed

This is a hybrid role requiring in-person meetings with Hannah approximately 2–3 times per week, while also being able to operate independently and remotely when required.
