Oceanus The Label is a growing fashion brand seeking an exceptional Logistics & Operations Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end operations. This is a key role for someone who thrives in building structure, improving processes, and driving efficiency within a fast-paced, scaling environment.
This position is initially offered on a freelance/contractor basis, with the opportunity to transition into a long-term role as the business continues to grow.
You will be responsible for overseeing and optimising all aspects of logistics and operations across the business — from production through to customer delivery. This includes working closely with our 3PL fulfilment partner, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination across wholesale and e-commerce channels.
- Manage and coordinate with 3PL fulfilment partners to ensure smooth order processing and dispatch
- Manage and optimise the Shopify e-commerce backend (orders, inventory, fulfilment flows)
- Liaise with factories and suppliers to ensure production timelines and deliveries are on track
- Handle shipping, customs, and international logistics processes
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning
Strong experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain (fashion/apparel preferred). Experience with Shopify and e-commerce operations. Someone who can bring structure, clarity, and efficiency to a growing brand.
Contract Type: Freelance / Self-Employed (Initial Contract)
Location: London-based preferred, with hybrid/remote flexibility. Opportunity to transition into a permanent role. Immediate or near-term start preferred.
