Oceanus The Label is a growing fashion brand seeking an exceptional Logistics & Operations Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end operations. This is a key role for someone who thrives in building structure, improving processes, and driving efficiency within a fast-paced, scaling environment. This position is initially offered on a freelance / contractor basis, with the opportunity to transition into a long-term role as the business continues to grow.
The Role:
You will be responsible for overseeing and optimising all aspects of logistics and operations across the business — from production through to customer delivery. This includes working closely with our 3PL fulfilment partner, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination across wholesale and e-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate with 3PL fulfilment partners to ensure smooth order processing and dispatch
- Oversee wholesale order management and coordination with partners
- Manage and optimise the Shopify e-commerce backend (orders, inventory, fulfilment flows)
- Liaise with factories and suppliers to ensure production timelines and deliveries are on track
- Handle shipping, customs, and international logistics processes
- Build and implement efficient operational workflows and systems
- Work closely with customer service to ensure smooth order handling and issue resolution
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning
- Identify inefficiencies and introduce scalable operational improvements
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain (fashion/apparel preferred)
- Proven ability to manage 3PLs, suppliers, and production timelines
- Experience with Shopify and e-commerce operations
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of processes
- Strong communication skills across internal teams and external partners
- Someone who can bring structure, clarity, and efficiency to a growing brand
