You will manage the end-to-end freight forwarding process for our key customer accounts, handling shipments via Sea, Air, European Road, and Courier services for both Import and Export .
About the Role
As a Freight Forwarding Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating Sea Imports , including UK landing, customs clearance, and container haulage.
- Managing the entire shipping process from booking to delivery.
- Arranging documentation and ensuring compliance with customs procedures.
- Tracking shipments to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Delivering exceptional service to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking motivated individuals with a Freight Forwarding background who are eager to develop a long-term career in the industry. The ideal candidate will have:
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Freight Forwarding (Import or Export).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A proactive and positive attitude with excellent communication abilities.
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- A team-oriented mindset and the ability to perform under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Essential):
- 1+ years’ experience in Import/Export operations.
- Knowledge of Sea, Air, Road, and Courier logistics.
- Customs clearance experience and familiarity with relevant procedures.
