The Role

You’re a marketing leader who thrives where creativity meets data. You know how to build teams that can execute, experiment, and deliver results that move the revenue needle. This fast-growing RegTech scale-up is redefining how financial institutions manage regulatory compliance, surveillance, and reporting, and now they need a marketing leader to help them scale their demand engine globally. You’ll own the marketing strategy end-to-end: defining the global plan, building the ABM motion, driving content and campaigns that convert, and turning data into insight and action. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, and Client Success to align growth goals — transforming marketing into a predictable, ROI-driven function that powers the next stage of the company’s journey.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and own a global marketing strategy aligned to commercial goals and revenue targets.
  • Build a demand engine that balances inbound growth, ABM, and lifecycle nurturing.
  • Partner with Sales on named account targeting and multi-channel ABM execution.
  • Oversee product marketing — launches, messaging, enablement, and competitive positioning.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and AI-driven tools to optimise performance and attribution.
  • Develop differentiated content and thought leadership across surveillance, best execution, and record-keeping.
  • Lead and grow a UK/US marketing team, a mix of strategists, content, and operations talent.
  • Report directly to senior leadership, presenting insights, performance, and pipeline ROI.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Proven track record leading global B2B marketing in FinTech, RegTech, or Financial Services.
  • Hands-on experience building and scaling ABM campaigns for enterprise clients.
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation, CRM, and attribution (HubSpot or similar).
  • Strong analytical mindset — able to translate data into commercial decisions.
  • Confident team leader with experience motivating cross-functional, hybrid teams.
  • Comfortable with AI tools, automation, and experimentation.
  • Knowledge of capital markets or financial technology is a strong advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial, commercially savvy, and data-driven in everything you do.
