The Role

This is a unique opportunity to join anexpanding energy trading business undergoing major transformation . AsBusiness Analysis Lead / Lead Functional Architect , you’ll sit at the intersection of Technology, Trading, and Strategy—driving analysis and delivery acrossGas, Power, Renewables, and Carbon Trading platforms .
You’ll lead a team of Analysts, shape best practices across the function, and serve as thekey interface to the trading business —managing the pipeline of demand, prioritising delivery, and translating vision into roadmap execution.
Crucially, you’ll gain significant exposure to initiatives involvingData Strategy, AI/ML integration , andcomplex pre-trade systems , in a firm whereanalysis is valued as a commercial edge , not just a support function.
