Attend or lead a group of workers to job sites to carry out various activities including but not limited to:
- RHVAC commissioning
- Servicing
- Troubleshooting
- Installation of equipment/appliances
- Coordination of Commercial meetings
- Survey/inspection
- Resource and project planning
- Liaison with clients on project technicalities when required
- Write survey/inspection reports
- Write progress reports and close out reports for every assigned task
- Assist Sales and Commercial Department on material & labour estimates for quotation purposes
QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration Engineering (Bachelor’s Degree)
- Minimum 2 years experience in RHVAC field
- Proficient in Refrigeration Cycle and RHVAC troubleshooting
- Proficient in written and oral English communication skills
- Proficient in material take-off and labour estimate for a given RHVAC project
- Good understanding of electrical circuit diagrams and HVAC Controls (Electrical and PLC)
- Good grasp of technical writing
- Good leadership, coaching and analytical skills
- Able to work independently
- Team player
- Knowledge of Project Schedule Software or AutoCAD is an advantage
- Train Junior RHVAC Technicians
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Health and Environmental standards
